E-learning can be defined as a type of education where the main form of instruction is computer or internet based. This type of learning environment is good for a variety of reasons and many colleges and universities now offer internet based classes in addition to their traditional curriculum. Internet or E-learning is great for busy people who would like to enhance their education but need to work or be able to stay at home.
At TrendZo we have integrated Joomla and Moodle to create an E-learning system that can provide excellent course maintenance and maintain the daily activities of a busy university. We have integrated LDAP login, Light weight Directory Assistance Protocol, into Joomla and Moodle. This allows users to sign on to the program using their Windows username and password and bypassing the need for additional registration inside the program.
